Gary

HEAD COACH

Gary is the Head Coach and co founder of B-Fit B-You Fitness.


Gary is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and has a diploma in Nutrition. He has a background in coaching and has been working in the industry since 2015 with clients both online and in person.  

Gary has coached hundreds of men and women to help them achieve their goals. His approach of keeping things simple, maintaining a healthy lifestyle by having a sustainable nutrition and training plan is vital when achieving your goals.  


He encourages people to be the best version of themselves and to do it in a sustainable way.

Aimée

GENERAL MANAGER

Aimee is the General Manager and co-founder of B-Fit B-You Fitness. 


For a business to be a success you need the people in the engine room to do that. Aimee is the first smiling face that people see when they come to our classes. She is and has always been motivating, encouraging and a vital part of the team. She continues to be a driving force for B-Fit B-You.

Jamie

GROUP TRAINER

Jamie is a qualified PT, Fitness, and Group instructor and has also completed an ITEC course in Strength and Conditioning. She has been training with head coach Gary for the last couple of years, this is where she grew her love of fitness.


Jamie enjoys sharing her passion for fitness and leading a sustainable lifestyle with people of all abilities and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Leanne

GROUP TRAINER

Is a qualified Personal Trainer with an ITEC certificate in personal training and Gym instruction. Leanne qualified as a Barbell/ Kettlebell/ Strength  & Conditioning/ TRX / circuit/ step and aerobic class instructor. 

Leanne first got in to fitness when she realized the positive impact it had on her own mental health as well as physical. Leanne is passionate about the overall health and social benefits of training and what it can bring to others.
